SteamLabs Inc. is a full service design and fabrication studio specializing in the creation of themed experiences. Our studio provides a variety of services to the amusement industry from digital animation, 3D video projection shows, virtual reality experiences along with an extensive prop making and scenic department.

One of the services we specialize in is what we refer to as R-R-R or Repair, Redesign and Replace. Clients come to us for not only new creations but many times to provide demolition of existing themed scenery and to completely remodel and replace a new experience or scenery. We have many photos and examples of this type of work we have provided over the last several years.

Another service we are very strong in is the complete creation of new experiences from conceptual stage, through virtual walkthroughs to final fabrication and installation. This can be seen best by our latest installation we created for Give Kids The World Village, a resort in Kissimmee dedicated to children suffering life threatening illnesses. SteamLabs was selected to do a completely new design of the Serendipity, a 70′ pirate ship at the resort’s pool area location. Lead Designer and Company Founder, Michael Ingrassia was chosen to design the new ship, oversee all phases of demolition and construction of the new ship, as well as manage his team in the creation of many props and characters that adorn the ship and the stage area. SteamLabs was also contracted to completely restore the decking ramp and rope netting that leads guests up to the ship’s massive deck and stage.

SteamLabs is a technology focused fabricator. Providing state-of-the-art preproduction such as 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC routering all in house. Our new alloy welding department helps provide our clients with a high level of quality and structurally sound armatures and inner structures. The exterior fabrication of props can be made of Fiberglass, Resin or Epoxy clay. All expertly crafted and sculpted by our talented craftsmen.
